The lesser racket-tailed drongo (Dicrurus remifer) is a species of bird in the family Dicruridae. It is found in the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia, ranging across Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its habitat is at the edge of or within subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It often joins mixed-species flocks. It has a large vocal range: ringing whistles, and harsh nasal notes, among others, and it also mimics other species.
The drongo measures about 30–40 cm in length, including its tail. Its plumage is black with a bluish metallic gloss, and it has red eyes. Conservation status: Least Concern.
