The White-cheeked laughingthrush is a species of bird in the family Leiothrichidae. It is found in Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam, where it inhabits subtropical and tropical mid- to high-elevation forests. A garrulous and sociable bird, it is often encountered in large flocks, both single-species and mixed. It has warm brown plumage with a gray crown, a broad black mask, a strikingly white cheek patch, and a long tail tipped in white.

Its loud, rasping calls carry through the undergrowth as it moves in groups. Its diet consists of fruits, seeds, and small insects, which it forages from both trees and the forest floor. Conservation status: Least Concern.
